In the Lands Between, where the magic of the Elden Ring Product Key animates the land, there were people that lived in serenity, wondering and enjoying life as the natural order of things. With the advent of the September Pilgrim Lands, however, demons from the Outside appeared, and the life of the people was disturbed. In order to protect their land, the people joined the organization that would become the Elden Ring and undertook a great mission to defeat the forces of darkness. The Elden Ring created the City Between to create a foothold in the area, and to travel between it and the Elden Palace. While waiting for the pilgrimage, the Elden Ring also began to take on the form of mortals, having servants and subordinates, and fought in the mortal world against the demons. THE WORLD OF THE LAND BETWEEN The Lands Between is a vast world made up of three areas: the wilderness, the serene lands and the City Between. The wilderness comprises the lands between the mountain range in the east and the Lake in the west. In the serene lands, an area between the mountain range and the lake, stands a large mansion, and the people call it “The Elden Palace.” The City Between is a magical tower in the wilderness. • Where is the City Between? While the City Between is far away from the serene lands, it does not belong to any area. It is a mountain stronghold, and was once a sacred place at the top of the mountain range. After it was destroyed, it was rebuilt from the ground up. It is a hidden world of its own, and the only way to enter is through the Elden Ring. The Ring touches the City Between, providing the power that supports life on the ground. It is a location with a low frequency of precipitation. The weather rarely changes; there are few days of rain. The River of the West flows from the mountain range through the City Between. • The River of the West • The Monsters of the Wilderness Arelands Between is a world where the vitality of the nature of the Land Between that connected to the normal world and that of the Abyssal Plane, which did not have a limit on its expansion, coexists. On the Abyssal Plane, there are a variety of monsters that come from outside its boundaries. There are monsters that move on the land, monsters that dwell in the depths of the sea, and monsters that inhabit the skies.

My thoughts: It’s not often that a RPG gets the thumbs up of gamers. I’ve played a ton of the genre with some RPG’s being my favourite. I feel like the RPG genre has always been left in a weird limbo. We have the vast world of Final Fantasy, we have the deep dungeons of Zelda, we have the over world of Skyrim, and we also have the soul crushing grind of Oblivion and Fallout. The best part about the RPG genre is the freedom that we’re given. However I find that the genre also suffers from a lack of direction. The worlds we’re given always feel extremely open and we can practically do whatever we want. But is that an advantage or a drawback? I really enjoyed the freedom of the Elder Scrolls but I always felt like there was never enough direction. Skyrim you could easily be a murderer with the right weapon and get away with it. I mean let’s face it Skyrim was one of the most entertaining games in the genre but not many players actually played it the right way. I feel like Elder Scrolls always could have been a more serious game but because of the goofy, humourous atmosphere, no one really wanted to take it too seriously. During the creative process of making Titan Quest, we talked about the idea of creating a game where we give a new kind of direction to the genre. We wanted to make a game where we’re free to explore a vast world and create our own story. As far as the gameplay went we were determined to not make it like any other game. We wanted to keep the freedom that the Elder Scrolls games have but use those to make a game that would feel like a different entity. We’re not even going to have a main story path or quests, you’ll be free to run around the world and do whatever you want. As far as the combat goes we’re making the combat system a lot more satisfying. Let’s face it you can fight your way through pretty much any quest in Elder Scrolls but the fights in this game don’t seem all that exciting. You’ll be hitting huge enemies and be able to feel the satisfying crunch of your strike. We also wanted to make a game that was more engaging. The way I’ve played most RPG’s is I’ll play for awhile and then I’ll get bored. It’s not like
